 Allergen Sensitivity Information

We like knowing everything about the ingredients going into our bagels and we feel you should too. Here is a complete list of our ingredients. Our ingredients, for example our poppy seeds, generally only contain the ingredient itself. So our poppy seeds just have poppy seeds in them. But like any food there is risk of trace ingredients such as artificial flavors, BHA, and other manufactured things that we want to make sure don't get into our product, or if they do we want you to know about them. We also want to fully disclose whether this ingredient is on the same manufacturing line as any other ingredient you don't want your food touching, like peanuts if you have a peanut allergy, or dairy products if you're vegan. This list is straight from our manufacturers allergen disclosure statement so it's completely exhaustive. If you have any extreme allergen sensitivities please talk to us before purchasing our product. We rotate in new weekly varieties and we want to be as accurate as possible when we ensure you that all of our products will be allergen free.

Our following ingredients are Kosher certified and free of allergens, components and additives:
  • Poppy Seeds
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Diastatic Malt
  • Sea Salt
  • Top Flake Sea Salt
  • Unbleached Flour
  • Whole wheat Flour
  • Yeast
Specifically the listed ingredients are free of these additives and process aids:
Milk products, Egg products, Fish, Shell Fish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Soybean Products, Barley Products, BHA and BHT, FD&C colors, Hydrolyzed Animal Protein, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein, 3-MCPD, Meat and Meat Derivatives, MSG, and Sulfites.

There is no exposure or contamination by these substances in processing equipment, storage, or handling procedures.

Our cream cheese is made in house and either contains or is processed with equipment that has Tree Nuts, Peanuts and Milk Products.

Our sandwiches are prepped in an area that uses Peanut Butter, please let us know if you have a Peanut Allergy or Sensitivity.

Our flour is processed only with wheat and rye grains, with a low likelihood of contamination with soy. No other allergen possibilities are of likelihood.

We do make our regular wheat dough on the same equipment that uses our rye flour, if you have a rye sensitivity please let us know.

Our Vegan items are the following:

Bagel Storage Instructions

Your bagels can be kept for up to three days at room temperature in an airtight bag. After this just throw them in the freezer and then take out 30 mins prior to toasting (or you can zap them for 45 seconds in a microwave). Placing them in your fridge will accelerate the staling process - so don't do it!
